FAQ

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Subscription cancels immediately and won't renew. No fees, no calls.

Do chefs need accounts?

No. Chefs just open your shared link and submit. No login, no app to download.

What if I have more than 60 crops?

Email us. The 60-line cap is per-sheet; if you need more, we'll figure it out.

Is the email blast actually sending?

Honest answer: not yet. The button records your intent — Resend delivery is on the roadmap. We'll never silently fail; the UI tells you explicitly to CC yourself manually until we ship delivery.

Do you store my chef contacts?

Yes, in your account only. They aren't shared, sold, or used to seed other farms' contact lists.
